Job Description:
Our client is one of London's top private hospitals who have a great range of technology and provide a first class private healthcare facility for patients from the UK and overseas.

They are looking to recruit a Sister/Charge Nurse for their Cardiac Unit.

Sister/Charge Nurse to be responsible for the effective management, organisation and delivery of high quality nursing care and clinical leadership in the absence of the Senior Sister.

The post holder will be required to assist with the development of the Cardiothoracic service including strategies for the advancement of their service in support of the Cardiac units overall philosophy.

Requirements:
- First level Nurse licensed to practice by Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience as a Senior Staff Nurse in a Cardiac/Critical Care
- ENB 254 or equivalent
- ENB 998 or equivalent
- Cardiac / Critical Care course (desirable)
