Job Description:
We are recruiting a Care Plan Coordinator for a Care / Nursing home in West London.
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is methodical with keeping records.

This is a permanent position, 20 to 25 hours per week.
There is a possibility of combining this role with a nursing position. This would be discussed with our client at interview.

Position closes as soon as the ideal candidate is found.
Requirements: NMC Registered No Work Permit restrictions Knowledge of CSCI and Care Pathways.

You will be responsible for ensuring all the care plans are up to date.
